FOCUS ON CHILDREN AND YOUTH

NOVEMBER 11-15

We seek God for children and youth. We believe God’s heart is revival among this generation, and an outpouring is on its way.

May there be encounters, visions, and dreams. May this next generation be rescued from the corruption of the world and brought into relationship with God through Jesus, by the Holy Spirit.

May there be a spiritual hunger stirring from the grass roots, and motivating them to seek God and call upon Him.

May they meet the loving Father, and find out that He is good. May they be mobilised to minister in their spheres to those around them, and to go to the nations. May there be a raising up of five-fold ministries and key leaders among them.

May we as a church be ready and wise in preparing for this great harvest.

FOR REFLECTION AND JOURNALING

1. What does the call of Samuel show us about God's heart? How can you pray about more "Samuels" to be raised up? Who are they?

2. Do you believe that God is going to send revival to the next generation? Ask Him to show you how to pray for this.

3. Why is there a generation that dishonours its parents and "loses its eyes"? What does that mean? What does God want to do?

Take some time to journal and discuss these questions and anything else the Holy Spirit points out to you, with Jesus.
